Nathan Honaker is an attorney based in Raleigh, NC.  Nathan is a Raleigh native with experience working in the private sector, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina legislature, and the executive branch in the Department of State Treasurer.

 

Nathan has experience assisting with regulatory compliance and interfacing with state and local government agencies and the North Carolina General Assembly.  He is a registered lobbyist employed by Connect C, LLC, and in that capacity represents a diverse group of clients including Fortune 500 Companies, agricultural groups, local governments, nonprofits, trade associations, and small business interests. 

 

In his own practice,  Nathan enjoys helping small to mid-size businesses start, grow, and thrive.  He provides a variety of services to both individual and corporate clients.  These include, but are not limited to, strategic consulting and business planning, drafting/negotiating contracts, leases, and other instruments, representation in civil and criminal matters, and helping clients prepare for the future including estate planning and administration.
